My dream, everything I worked hard for, was my own restaurant. A seafood restaurant. That dream became a reality when I opened SEAFOOD by Adam Noble in 2022. It’s all too short residency was incredibly well received. The reviews were incredible. But due to the untimely passing of my incredible mother (who ran front of house), I took some time out. Three years on, I am back and Adam Noble’s Seafood Brasserie is my dream, reborn.

My seafood brasserie at The Bull, Newborough shares the same ethos. Respect for the finest seafood that we use, a focus on flavour and an incredible dining experience. I cannot wait to welcome you.
